About Me
I live in Rocklin with my husband and our three children. We have a dog, cat, and 2 guinea pigs who live in the classroom during the school week. I have been a teacher for 13 years, and 8 of those years has been in 1st grade. I first knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was in elementary school. My favorite thing to do was play school with a chalkboard and my dolls.
First Grade is my favorite grade to teach because the students make so much growth in learning to read and write, working with numbers, and questioning how things work.
